In the Kitchen with Jason: Creamy Pineapple Dessert

My wife whipped up this fantastic dessert in just a couple of minutes, which is one reason why we love it so much. We also love it because it reminds us of another recipe we've made before: Cake on the Beach. But this dessert is even simpler, plus you can customize it to your preferences.

  • Large box of vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 ounces of Cool Whip (or store generic brand)
  • 15 ounce can of pineapple chunks with juice
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Store in fridge until cold.
  • You can serve this with coconut flakes on top if you'd like, which we do.
  • Add in a cup of blueberries to go with the pineapple if you'd like.
  • Or add in a cup of chopped strawberries to go with the pineapple.
  • Or go really nuts and add in both with the pineapple!
