In the Kitchen with Jason: Beef Cubes Stroganoff

There isn't much to say about this recipe. It's good, quick, and easy. Give it a try today.

  • Mix first three ingredients in a 4 quart crock pot.
  • Cook for 8 hours on low.
  • Stir in sour cream.
  • Serve over cooked noodles.
  • Next time we make it, we are going to add 1 lb of chopped mushrooms.
  • You can also serve the stroganoff over mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, or cooked rice.
