Mushroom Surprise but you can't tell in the picture.
- 1.25 lbs ground turkey
- 5 Cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 jar (12 oz) turkey gravy
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp dry onion soup mix
- Mix first 4 ingredients.
- Put in a crock pot and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cook uncovered 5 to 10 minutes, until thickened.
