In the Kitchen With Jason: Honey Roasted Carrots

If you are looking to add a vegetable to your table for dinner, look no further than this. This recipe is quick, easy and oh so yummy. The carrot flavor shines through as the honey is not too overpowering.

  • 8 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp EVOO
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Put carrots on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
Didn't I tell you this was simple? Just make sure to remember that there are other vegetables every now and then and your family will be very happy with this recipe.
